Troubleshooting Unified Authentication

User Cannot Migrate

Ensure that the user is created in Account Manager and has the correct permissions to access the Business Manager instance.

User Has Migrated but Can't Log In

Confirm that your user is clicking Log in with Account Manager on the login screen. Ensure that the user exists within Account Manager and has the correct permissions to access the Business Manager instance.

User Receives an Error That States "This user is not authorized to log in. Please contact the administrator."

Users must have a Business Manager role in Account Manager, such as Business Manager User or Business Manager Admin.

User Receives an Error That States "An error has occurred. Please contact the administrator."

Check the log files (error log and security log) for details about the error and a stack trace.

User Has Multiple Business Manager Accounts

Only one account can be migrated. Tell your users to migrate the account with the highest level of permissions. Delete the unmigrated accounts.

User Can't Log In to WebDav or UX Studio Via Account Manager.

A user must have a Business Manager profile before they can use unified authentication to log into WebDAV or UX Studio.

User That Has Not Migrated Can't Log In After 'Unified Migration Only' Is Implemented

Migrate any users that have not migrated to unified authentication manually.
