Reports and Dashboards: Products View

View your site's product data.

Note: Click the download icon in the upper right corner of each section to download the data to a .csv file.
  1. Open the Reports and Dashboards portal.
  2. On the main page, click the Product section header or the breadcrumb drop down (Reports & Dashboards > Products).

    Product data is shown in the following reports:

    • Top Selling Products: Ranked based on revenue for the time period.
    • Movers and shakers: Products with the greatest increase in revenue for the date range compared to the previous date range of the same amount of days.
    • Co-buy frequency: Occurrence of two products purchased together by a percentage of the total number of orders.
    • Average selling price: Shows a total value and the graph for the time period.
    You can set each report to show for the following product types: master products, variation products, or product bundles.
  3. In the Top Selling Products section, select the type of product to narrow the focus: By Device (default), Master Products, Variation Products, or Product Bundles.
  4. In the next section, to review change in units and revenue, select the sort value:
    • By Registration: Unregistered or Registered
    • By Customer Type: Returning or New
    • By Channel: Storefront or Endless Aisle
    • By Site: One or more sites
  5. In the Movers & Shakers section, select the type of product to narrow the focus: Master Products, Variation Products, or Product Bundles.

    The first column shows the rank value and its percentage change in revenue and units.

    Click a product ID to view more details.

  6. In the Co-Buy Frequency section, select the type of product to narrow the focus: Master Products, Variation Products, or Product Bundles.
    You can see in a grid the products that were purchased at the same time as the product under investigation, and the frequency with which they were purchased together. You can click either product ID to learn more about them.
  7. In the next section, you can see the average selling price as a value and graphed over time.
  8. If needed, you can view data for an individual master product in the Product Detail dashboard. See Product Detail Dashboard.
    1. In a Products dashboard, select a product report, and set the product type dropdown to Master Product.
    2. Click the product ID you want to view.
    3. To return to the Product dashboard view, click the Products tab.
