  1. Open the Reports and Dashboards portal.
  2. On the main page, click the Technical tab.

    Technical analytics include theses reports:

    • Average Response Time
    • Cache Hit Ratio
    • Non200-Level Responses
    • Response Time Distribution
    • Main Pipeline Requests
  3. Select a date range.
  4. In the Filter by dropdown, select the sites you want to check. If you do not select a site or sites, the reports shows data for your entire realm.
  5. Review Technical reports.
    • Average Response Time–The trend of average response time per request. Hover over a point on the graph to see the average response time for that day. Time is in milliseconds.
    • Cache Hit Ratio–Three ratios are tracked for the selected date range. Hover over a point on the graph to see the ratio data for that day.
      • Cache Hit–Percentage of responses retrieved from the web adapter page cache
      • Cache Miss and Store–Percentage of responses created by an appserver, marked as cacheable, and stored in the web adapter page cache
      • Cache Miss–Percentage of responses not retrieved from the web adapter page cache
    • Non200-Level Responses–Trended frequency (as a percent of total) of requests that resulted in non200-level response codes during the selected time period. Hover over a point on the graph to see the number and type of non200-level responses for that day.
    • Response Time Distribution–Distribution of call counts grouped into response time buckets. For example, a report can show 1 million pipeline calls with a response time of 0-499 ms, and 100 thousand pipeline calls with a response time of 2000-2499 ms. Time buckets are divided in 500 ms increments, starting with 0-499 ms and ending with 5000+ ms. Hover over a response time range to see the number of responses and the percentage of total responses.
    • Pipeline Requests–Pipeline requests by name as a percent of the total number of requests, the average response time, and the cache hit ratios. Click a pipeline to view details.
