View Real-Time Performance Dashboard

All users can view live sales metrics, such as the number of orders and baskets created. To view performance metrics, you must have either the Performance User or the Customer Manager role. You can change the span of time to display for each metric.
  1. Select Merchant Tools > Analytics > Reports and Dashboards.
  2. Click Sign In. If this is your first login for the day, enter your username and password.
  3. On the Real-Time tab, select Sales or Performance.
  4. Set the metric view to 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 2 weeks.
  5. Hover over a graph to view the date, time, and measurement for each metric.
  6. Drag over a graph to zoom in on specific dates and times.
  7. Double-click the graph to reset the view.
    Note: The graph view is reset when the graph updates.
