Viewing Control Center Utilization Statistics

If you have sufficient permissions, you can view the utilization statistics for an instance, enabling you to monitor the number of connections, network utilization, and data transfer rates.

To view utilization statistics for an instance, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to Control Center: https://controlcenter.commercecloud.salesforce.com/.
    The Control Center window opens.
  2. Click Instances.
  3. Search for―or navigate to―the instance whose utilization statistics you want to view.
  4. Click .

    A series of charts appear:

    • Connection and network utilization statistics
    • Data transfer
    • Data storage
    • Data processing
Note: The connections and network utilization charts are per instance, while data usage charts are per realm and thus equal for all instances.

The first four charts represent connection and network utilization data by instance. When customers choose to use Salesforce B2C Commerce and its embedded CDN for hosting images and video files, the data in these graphs only reflect the input and output on the grid, not data from the content provider. Click the charts to view or download data.

The Data Usage charts show the cumulative and daily data transfers for the grid, CDN and B2C Commerce dynamic imaging activity. Click the download links beneath these charts to download the actual data in csv format. Hover over the bars to see the details for each bar.

The File System Usage charts show two types of charts: file system, database and dynamic imaging usage for the entire realm and file system usage per instance. Click the download links to download this data. Hover over the bars to see the details for each bar.

The Processing Seconds report shows the cumulative processing seconds over the span of a year, and for each day over the last year, by production and staging jobs, production storefront activity and dynamic imaging activity. Click the download links to download this data. Hover over the bars to see the details for each bar.

For more information on storefront processing data, see the Analytics Technical reports. For more information on jobs, see log details and run-time information.
