Handing Off a Basket to a Customer

The customer service center representative (CSR) can hand off a basket for an order received over the phone so that the customer can then complete the checkout process the merchant's storefront.
  1. Create an order.
    1. Select the customer.
    2. Add products.
  2. Click Hand Off Basket.
    The customer can then log in to the merchant's storefront, click Orders, and complete the checkout process.
