Resetting a Customer Password in Customer Service Center

To be able to use Customer Service Center, you must have been granted permission.
Note: In order for the customer password reset to trigger sending the email, a developer in your organization has to implement the AfterPost hook. See Customer Service Center Hooks.
  1. Select site >Merchant Tools > Ordering > Customer Service Center.
  2. Go to the Customer Detail page.
  3. Click the password reset button.
    The customer receives an email with a link to reset their password.
