Site ranking rules

Order Management provides site ranking rules that include default allocation rules and customizable allocation rule sets and expression rules. As of Order Management Release 4.1.25, customizable rule sets are disabled by default. Contact Salesforce Support to enable this functionality. There are two types of ranking rules:

The following are possible allocation rules. Your allocation rules might vary based on your system configuration.

Allocation rules are executed in the order established by the client and are executed for each sales order. For example, if there are 20 orders waiting for allocation, each allocation rule is executed 20 times.

A user with administrative permissions can customize allocation rule sets and can create and configure expression rules.
