Report Manager

The Report Manager can be used to track and manage all active reports in Order Management. The Report Manager is included in the Main accordion menu if the Reporting Provider settings have been configured, and if the connection to the Reporting server has been established. See Reporting Services for configuring the Reporting Service.

To access the Report Manager, follow these steps:
  1. Click Reporting from the left navigation panel. The Reporting accordion menu appears.
  2. Click Report Manager. The Reports page appears with all active reports.
To make sure you are looking at the latest list of reports, you'll need to click the green Refresh icon () on the top right of the Reports page. Click this after adding or removing any reports.
