Resource Manager

The Resource Manager in the Administration module lets you manage localized resource labels/data for custom templates used in customer-facing documents.

Note: When you configure the new or existing resource in the Resource Manager, you can create and configure a custom template for localization. See Configuring Templates in the Internationalization online help.

The following are the high-level steps to create a new resource or to modify an existing resource for localization. See Configuring Resources for detailed steps on localizing the resource labels/data.

  1. In the Settings accordion menu, select Resources. The Resource Manager opens.
  2. Click New Resource to add a new resource. The Resource detail page opens.
  3. To select an existing resource, search using the search criteria at the top of the page or view a list of all available resources by clicking the [view] link in the Resource Summary section. A listing of available resources appears.
  4. Populate/edit the fields on the Resources detail page. All text that should be localized is included in the Default field.
