Auction Manager

Order Management integrates with eBay to sell Items via online Auctions. The Auction Manager lets you review and manage your Auctions.

For information on creating and managing auctions, see eBay Connector.

To access the Auction Manager, click Auction Manager in the Main, Marketing, or Sales accordion menu in the left navigation panel. You can also access it by clicking the Auction Summary on the Main Order Management dashboard.

On the Auction Manager page, you can search for or browse the Auctions in your system.

Auction Manager Dashboard

The following table describes the components of the Auction Manager dashboard:

Fields and Buttons		Description
Auction Search Form		This panel includes the following controls for searching for Auctions or narrowing the shown list of Auctions. To narrow the list, set the controls and click Search. For a description of the search results display, see Auction Search Results. Catalog: A drop-down list to search for Auctions based on Catalog names. Auction #: A drop-down list to search based on specific criterion types. When the criterion type is selected, enter search terms based on selected criterion type. Wildcard searches can be made using the percent (%) symbol, which represents zero or more characters. The following options are available: Auction # Item # Item Title Launch Date End Date Quick Search: A drop-down list to search based on an Auction’s workflow state. Pre Launch Waiting For Export On Auction Recently Ended Closed Auctions Unsold Auctions Errored End Date: A drop-down list to search based on the Auction end date. A number of past and future options are available, such as Today, This Month TD, and Next Week.
Auction Summary section		Lists the number of Auctions currently in certain states.
	Prepared Auctions	Shows the number of Auctions currently prepared for launch. Click the [view] link to search for these Auctions.
	Auctions Waiting for Export	Shows the number of Auctions currently waiting to be exported to the Auction site. Click the [view] link to search for these Auctions.
	Live Auctions	Shows the number of Auctions currently live on the Auction site. Click the [view] link to search for these Auctions.
Global Sell Through section		Shows the global sell-through amounts for certain time periods.
	Last 30 Days	Shows the global sell-through amount for the past 30 days.
	Last 60 Days	Shows the global sell-through amount for the past 60 days.
	Last 90 Days	Shows the global sell-through amount for the past 90 days.
