Scenario: Price Changes on Unallocated Orders

In this scenario, a price change to $129.99 has been applied to the Office Desk - Black line item while the order is in the waiting allocation status. The Orig Unit Price, Unit Price, Tax, and Ext. Price fields are updated to reflect the new price, as are the order totals. No other fields are affected, including the shipping charges and any line-level or order-level price adjustments.

Note: This behavior has changed from previous releases, where the original order line would be canceled and replaced with a new order line reflecting the updated price.
Note: If payment has been captured, then after the Customer Service agent clicks Calculate, the total price difference resulting from the price change might appear below the order-level appeasement fields as Total Amount to Credit or Existing Excess Funds, with no change to any other fields.
