Restocking Inventory

When the warehouse receives returned merchandise sent by customers, the returned merchandise must be tracked as received. Customer Service Center is typically used to process a return. On occasion, however, a customer returns the merchandise without contacting the Customer Service Center first. This is called a blind return. When this occurs, the return is processed in Fulfillment Center. As returns are received into the warehouse, they can be looked up with the order ID, shipping order ID, or tracking number.
