Clearing Alerted Objects in the Administration Module

Objects are set to an Alerted state when they require user action. For example, when a failed payment creates an Alert on the associated Order, manual investigation might be needed. When you open an Alerted Object, the System Alerts section at the top of the details dialog lists any Alerts that have been raised for that Object. After resolving the issues that caused the Alert(s), click Clear Alerts to remove them.

Note: Cleared Alert(s) are still listed in the System Events tab of the Details section of the current dialog.
