Configuring Reporting Services Provider Settings

Order Management reporting services are configured via the Reporting provider in the Administration module. For general information on Order Management providers and how to configure them, see .

  1. In Order Management Administration: click Settings > Providers.
  2. In Provider Manager, click Reporting under the list of providers.
    The Reporting provider is only applicable to the Company level in the item inheritance hierarchy.
  3. Click the Company Level link under Reporting provider profiles.
    Only the System Enabled setting is used in this provider. The other settings apply to deprecated functionality and can be ignored.
  4. If you have created a custom profile, you can select it instead.
    The Object Configuration window for the Company level or custom profile opens.
