Troubleshooting

Some versions of Internet Explorer have known issues with the reporting system, as described below.

Internet Explorer 9

When using Internet Explorer 9, if you have an issue trying to open a report with Report Builder 3.0, put your browser in compatibility mode, then try to open Report Builder again.

Internet Explorer 11

When using Internet Explorer 11, if you open a report and see empty rows, open the Settings menu and select Compatibility View Settings. For US users, enter mscloud.local in the text field and click Add, then Close. For EU users, enter demandware.net in the text field and click Add, then Close.
