Viewing Custom Reports

You can view your reports within the Administration module or via the Reporting URL.

Viewing Reports in the Administration Module

In the Administration module accordion menu, select Main > Report Manager. This opens a list of all active reports. To make sure you are looking at the latest list of reports, click the green Refresh icon on the top right of the Report Manager page. You need to click this after adding or removing any reports.

If any newly created reports don't appear, wait a minute or two and click the Refresh icon again. This clears the available reports cache and refresh the list with the latest reports.

Viewing Reports via the Reporting URL

Connect to the VPN using the appropriate two-factor authentication.
  • When using Salesforce Authenticator, the password consists of your personal VPN password plus the current 6-digit code shown in the Salesforce Authenticator app. For example, if your password is [email protected], and the code shown in the app is 654321, then you would enter [email protected] in the Password field.

Log in to the appropriate reporting URL. For best results, use Microsoft Internet Explorer and run it as an Administrator.

Select Custom > {your domain} > Reports to open the list of reports. The following actions are available:
