Managing Salesforce B2C Commerce Users

There are two ways to manage your B2C Commerce users. You can manage them locally in Business Manager or you can manage them in Account Manager.

To view the list of users in Business Manager, click Administration > Users, click Find. You can see the last time a user logged in, in the instance's timezone, and the number of days since then.

In Business Manager, you can create local users, edit user information, and reset passwords.

In Account Manager, you can create users and reset user accounts.

Note: You can't edit a user's information in Account Manager.
