Using the Request Log

The request log is used to troubleshoot server calls. It shows all server calls made while the tool is open and the associated errors. You can also view AJAX calls or other script calls.

  1. Select the site to view and click Storefront. A new tab opens in your browser showing the storefront.
  2. Click the down arrow for the icon in the upper left corner of the storefront. The Storefront Toolkit menu opens.
  3. Select Request Log. The Request Log opens.
  4. Click the storefront element that runs the script or issues the request that you want to debug. All requests appear in the request log.
