Unpair a User's Mobile Device from Account Manager (Two-Factor Authentication)

An administrator can unpair a device on behalf of another user.

To unpair a user's device:
  1. Log into Account Manager.
  2. Click User.
  3. Click the email address of the user whose device you want to unpair.
    You can filter the list of users by Role or by Status.
  4. In the Second Factor Devices section, click Unpair.
