To use Control Center, you must first log in. When you log into Control Center, you
use your Account Manager credentials. Each account in Account Manager is assigned to various
roles, and some roles require two-factor authentication (2FA) to log into the account. If
two-factor authentication is required, you need a mobile device with the Salesforce
Authenticator app installed. To log in successfully, you must also be assigned to the
appropriate roles.
To log into Control Center:

In a web browser, go to https://controlcenter.commercecloud.salesforce.com/.

Enter your username (email address).

Click LOG IN.

Enter your password.

Click LOG IN.
If two-factor authentication is required and you have already paired a
mobile device, an authorization request is immediately pushed to your paired device.
This request is sent after you submit the correct email address and
password.

If an authorization request is pushed to your mobile device, use the Salesforce
Authenticator app to acknowledge the request.
After you successfully log into Control Center, the Control Center window
opens.
