Edit Reason Codes

Add or edit user-defined reason codes in Business Manager to track line item, order-level, or shipping price adjustments. The agent must have the necessary permissions.

  1. Select Administration > Site Development > System Object Types.
  2. On the System Object Type List page, select PriceAdjustment.
  3. On the General tab, click the Attribute Definitions tab.
  4. On the Attribute Definitions tab, click the [attribute name] or the Edit button to edit the attribute.
  5. On the Attribute Definition Details page, edit the attributes and click Apply to save your changes.
    Default reason code values are provided.
  6. You can manually configure the location of the reason codes field from the Customer Service Center settings.
