Analytics and Reporting for Explicit Recommendations

Salesforce B2C Commerce reports on recommendations via pipeline processing reports and system logs.

Processing Reports

B2C Commerce provides a set of pipeline processing reports. To view these reports, select site > Analytics > Technical Reports. Because many implementations use pipelines to process recommendations, the Pipeline Usage and Pipeline Errors reports might provide useful information when testing and troubleshooting recommendations. You can also use the Pipeline Debugger. See Analytics Technical Reports.

System Logs

The system logs capture information that is related to API processing, data staging, and error handling. These logs might provide useful information when troubleshooting recommendation-related issues. Select Administration > Site Development > Development Setup > WebDAV Log File section.
