Customer Service Center accordion menu

Customer Service Center is a browser-based module for Order Management. Customer Service Center is a flexible application, allowing the solution for each company to be tailored for its operations, workflows, data capture requirements, merchandising, and multi-channel sales strategy. Use of Customer Service Center might vary across companies.

Customer Service Center can be localized for a specific region, language, or market by adding locale-specific components such as adopting local currencies, using proper format for numbers, dates, time, and addresses. This enables Customer Service Center users with the ability with the ability to show user interface page elements and process data. See Localization for details.

The following diagram illustrates the menu to access Customer Service Center.

To access Customer Service Center, click Customer Service from the left navigation panel. The Customer Service home page appears. The Customer Service Center online help is designed to address the most common Customer Service tasks including: Create, modify, and check the status of orders Handle returns, re-ships, and exchanges using the return order process or blind returns Manage customers by searching for them, finding their orders, and updating their account settings.
