Order Management includes built-in features called connectors that integrate with the Amazon Marketplace and eBay as sales channels. Data is exchanged between Order Management and Amazon or eBay via automated import and export jobs that run on user-defined schedules. You can easily configure your system to accept orders through these channels using the Order Management Providers associated with each Connector.

The Amazon connector creates an interface between your Amazon Seller Central account and your Order Management implementation to exchange order, inventory, pricing, settlement, and shipping data. It links Items in Order Management with the items that you upload to Seller Central.

The eBay connector creates an interface between your eBay Seller account and your Order Management implementation to manage auctions and storefront sales on eBay. It can manage the entire workflow, including orders, payment, fulfillment, feedback, and customer service. It synchronizes inventory and lets you set up business rules that maintain levels of available product in your eBay storefront. In addition, the connector’s auction agent feature can be configured to launch auctions at scheduled times.
