Alerted Items might require attention. This is typically caused by issues with data import/ export or updates to price or inventory.

Monitoring Frequency



Review error messages, investigate issues and make corrections to Item records as needed. For eBay auction Items, the auction might need to be re-exported after the Alert is cleared. For Amazon Items, the AmazonItem attribute might need to be updated and the inventory file re-imported after clearing the Alert.


An imported Sales Order includes an Item that doesn't exist in Order Management. An Item record for the Item is created and alerted. An Order Management user investigates the Order to determine whether the Item is a broken reference to an existing Item, the Order record is invalid, or whether some other issue is indicated.
