Incomplete Orders Queue

Incomplete Orders have been imported from Salesforce B2C Commerce but can't proceed due to missing or invalid information.

Monitoring Frequency



Identify the information that is missing or invalid. Determine the correct information and apply it to the order.


An order is imported from B2C Commerce with no shipping address. An Order Management user sees this order in the Incomplete Orders Queue and contacts the customer to obtain the shipping address.
