Enforce Login_On_Behalf Permission

The Login_On_Behalf permission is now required for agents to access a storefront on behalf of another user. Previously, agents had access without that permission.

Why: Allows administrators to log into the Storefront on behalf of a customer, provided they also have Create_Order_On_Behalf_Of functional permission. For example, a call center agent with the Login_On_Behalf permission and Cretea_Order_On_Behalf_Of can log in to site ABC on behalf of any customer.

How: To set the Login_on_Behalf and Cretea_Order_On_Behalf_Of functional permissions, select Business Manager > Administration > Organization > Roles & Permissions.
