Let Admins Self-Provision Order Integration

Business Manager administrators can now self-provision and activate order integration.

How: In Business Manager, select Administration > Global Preferences > Salesforce Order Management Configuration and activate order integration. Access to the integration setting requires Business Manager administrator permissions.
