Script Timeout Configuration

The timeout values for FTPClient, HTTPClient, and webreference objects are based on the timeout value of the calling script. The script timeout value is used as an upper bound for the timeout that is configured for the FTPClient and HTTPClient.

A script has a default timeout of 30 seconds for normal requests and 15 minutes when running within jobs. These defaults are applied as maximums for FTPClient and HTTPClient that are called within the script (independent of their own timeouts). You can configure larger script timeouts via the Timeout property of the script node. The maximum timeouts are 2 minutes for normal requests and 60 minutes for jobs.
