Link an Account Manager Account to Salesforce Identity (SSO)

Depending on the settings of your organization, Account Manager accounts can be linked to Salesforce accounts managed in Salesforce Identity. If your organization enables this capability, you can link your Account Manager account to a Salesforce account when you log in to Account Manager. To unlink your account, contact your account administrator.

To link your account to Salesforce Identity:
  1. In a web browser, go to
  2. Enter your username (email address).
  3. Click LOG IN.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click LOG IN.
If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required and you have already registered a MFA verification method, you need to verify your identity with multi-factor authentication to complete logging in. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required and you don’t have registered a MFA verification method, you need to register verification methods for multi-factor authentication in order to log in with multi-factor authentication. If an authorization request is pushed to your mobile device, use the Salesforce Authenticator app to acknowledge the request.
You are now redirected to Salesforce. After you successfully log in to Salesforce, you are redirected back to Account Manager.
Linking your Account Manager account with a Salesforce account may change your Account Manager user name to the email address of your Salesforce account. The new Account Manager user name is shown on the confirmation page. If you do not want your Account Manager user name changed, you can cancel this procedure and contact your account administrator.
  7. Click CONFIRM to finish linking accounts or click CANCEL to cancel this procedure.
