If B2C Commerce failed to submit an order to Order Management, or a submitted order is
missing information, you can manually resubmit it. You can only resubmit orders that are in
Sending or Accepted status and have not yet been allocated.

Select .

Locate the order you want to resubmit.
- Use the search
function.
- To view a list of all orders, click Find.

Resubmit one order or all orders that can be resubmitted:
- To resubmit a single order, click Resubmit in its
row.
- To resubmit all failed orders, click Resubmit All Failed
Orders. The link indicates the number of orders eligible to be
resubmitted.
