Delete Redundant Prices from Read-Only Price Books

If you're using read-only price books, you can speed up price book replication by deleting the corresponding prices in the old storage system. The read-only price books already have the prices stored in the new system.

To use read-only price books, contact your Salesforce admin to enable the High Scale Price Books feature.

  1. Select Administration > Global Preferences > Retention Settings.
  2. Select Remove Prices for Read-Only Price Books.
  3. Click Apply.
