Onboard Your Stripe Merchant Account

After you associate a Stripe Merchant account to your B2C Commerce instance, you onboard the account. The Stripe onboarding process collects business information such as names, addresses, and bank accounts. The steps vary based on the merchant account country.

You can modify or add information from the Stripe dashboard. You can access the Stripe dashboard from Business Manager or from the Stripe site with your merchant account's user permissions.
  1. In Business Manager, select Administration > Global Preferences > Salesforce Payments, confirm that the Business Manager details page lists the newly created account.
  2. Click the Stripe account you want to onboard.
  3. Click Manage Account at Stripe.com.
  4. To complete the onboarding, follow the instructions on the Stripe site.
