Configure Predictive Sort

Predictive Sort delivers a sort order based on the specific shopper's real-time browse behavior on the site.

1. A Developer validates caching is invalidated when Predictive Sort is applied as a sorting rule.

2. Use the Predictive Sort attribute in standard sorting rules.
   1. To add a new sorting rule, go to site > Merchant Tools > Search > Sorting Rules and click New.
   2. Click Add in the new sorting rule.
   3. Click the entry field down arrow.
   4. Select Predictive Sort in the Standard attributes section.
   5. Select Text Relevancy: Yes or No.
   6. Select the sorting direction: Descending.
   7. Click Apply.
3. Use the Predictive Sort attribute in a dynamic sorting rule.
   1. Go to site > Merchant Tools > Search > Sorting Rules, and click the Dynamic Attributes icon.
   2. On the Dynamic Attributes window, click New to add a new dynamic attribute, or select an attribute from the top section to edit.
   3. Click Add.
   4. Click the entry field down arrow.
   5. Select Predictive Sort in the Standard attributes section.
   6. Select the sorting direction: Descending.
   7. Select Minimum as the default value.
   8. Click Apply.
