Adjusting or Transferring Quantity in Inventory Station

Use Location Details to view the contents of a selected warehouse location, as well as adjust the quantity of an Item at that location or transfer some quantity of an Item from that location to another location.

  1. In Order Management Fulfillment Center: open Inventory Station.
  2. Click Location Details.
  3. On the Location Details page, view the selected location code.
    The Adjust/Transfer and Location Contents panels become active.
  4. Click the Adjust or Transfer tab to adjust the quantity of a single item in this location.
    • Item No.: used to select an item
    • Quantity: used to enter a new quantity for the selected item at the selected location (Adjust tab) or the quantity to transfer to the target location (Transfer tab)
    1. Click Adjust to make the changes.
    2. Click Reset to clear the page.
    3. Click Command Sheet to view the scannable bar codes for various commands.
  5. Perform one of the following actions:
    1. Click Adjust to make the changes.
    2. Click Reset to clear the page.
    3. Click Command Sheet to view the scannable bar codes for various commands.
    The Locations Contents panel shows the contents of the selected location.
