The Resource Manager in the Administration module lets you manage localized resource labels/data for custom templates used in customer-facing documents.
The following are the high-level steps to create a new resource or to modify an existing resource for localization. See Configuring Resources for detailed steps on localizing the resource labels/data.

Short Label | An abbreviated identifier for the resource label. For example, OM | |
Group | A group name that reflects a group of resource labels. | |
Description | A description of the resource label. For example, Confirmation email regarding your order. | |
Default | The text that you are localizing. For example, Thank you for ordering from the {0} store. Your order number is {1}. Retain this email to reference the order. | |

Click to edit the existing resource label information. The Resource details page appears with the editable fields. | |
Save button | Saves the changed resource information. | |
Cancel button | Discards the changed resource information. | |
Localization section | Localization Code drop-down | A drop-down list of localization codes (languages). |
Add button | Adds the selected localization code. | |
Language link | Select the link, such as a French link, to open the Edit Localized Resource Detail form. Here you can enter or edit the localized text. | |
Value | The localized text. For example, Merci pour votre commande du magasin {0}. Votre numéro de commande est {1}. Veuillez conserver cet email pour faire référence à l'ordre. | |
Save button | Saves the changed localized text value. | |
Cancel button | Discards the changed localized text value. | |

Discards the localization code (Language link) from the Localization list. |
