Viewing Shipping Order Details and Creating Shipments

Click the ID of any shipping order in a Shipping Order Queue to open the detail page for that shipping order.

  1. In Order Management Fulfillment Center: open the Shipping Order Queue.
  2. Use the Search form at the top of the page to find the shipping orders to assign, or select one of the status tabs and browse for the shipping order.
  3. Click an order number.
  4. On the Shipping Order Details window you can view shipping order details and create shipments for packages.

        • Fulfill Order button
        • Shipping Order Number (with current workflow status)

        • Created Date
        • Updated Date
      • General
        • Reference ID (if applicable)
        • Created Date
      • Billing Address
        • Billing Address
        • CUstomer Name
        • Customer Email
        • Customer Phone
      • Shipping Address
        • Shipping Address
        • Shipping Method
        • Account No., (if applicable)
        • Shipping Address Phone
        • Notes (if applicable)
      • Instructions: Any special instructions recorded for the shipping order
      • Items
        • Item Code
        • Item Description
        • Quantity in the shipping order
        • Quantity in the shipping order already fulfilled
        • Dimensions
        • Weight
        • Pick Location
    2. Create a Shipment for a Package and then click Go.
      • Date (editable)
      • Cost (editable)
      • Shipping Method (editable)
      • Tracking Number (editable)
      • Items
        • Item Code
        • Quantity
        • Pack Quantity (editable)
        • Control for transferring X units to another package (editable)
