Reports and Dashboards Time Zone

The default realm timezone setting for Reports and Dashboards is GMT. You can change the timezone setting to one that better serves your business needs.

Timezone setting can be for a specific region or a specific GMT timezone. If you change the timezone, existing order data is updated accordingly. For traffic data, the timezone only changes for reports generated after the timezone change.

Change the Dashboard Timezone

To modify the timezone, you need Account Administrator credentials.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click the Manage Realm tab.
  3. Set the new Default timezone.
  4. Click Apply.
    Note: Report data processing can take up to 24 hours.
