Customers Accordion Menu

The Customers accordion menu can be used to search and manage Customers in Order Management. The menu provides access to tools used to communicate with Customers. The menu also contains the workflow for adding new Customers. Each Customer record contains a history of Invoices, Payments, Orders, Activities, Emails, and System Events. Custom fields on the Customer record might be created using Attributes. You can monitor auction status from the dashboard.

To access the Customers accordion menu, click Customers from the left navigation panel. The following menus and tools are available and can be accessed using the link for each:
