If you lose or want to replace a multi-factor authentication (MFA) verifier, you can remove registered verifiers from your Account Manager account.
To remove a MFA verifier:

Log into Account Manager.

Click Account Information.

Under Multi-Factor Verification, click the trash bin icon of the verifier you want to remove.
Account Manager displays a message asking you to confirm that you want to remove the verifier.

Click Remove.
