The Email setting lets you set the default format (text or HTML) for emails sent from Order Management. Note that when sending an email, you can always select a different format for that email.

To create the email format, follow these steps:

  1. In the Settings accordion menu, select Preferences.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Click Email. The Default Email Format page appears.
  4. From the drop-down list, select HTML or Text.

  5. Click Update.

The following table describes the parameter fields and buttons on the Default Email Format page.

Fields and Buttons Description
Default Email Format drop-down A drop-down list of pre-defined text formats including Text or HTML.

For example, for standard customer emails, select Text.

Update button Updates the system with the email format.
