Rollback Procedure

To roll back the new integration system and return to the legacy cartridge integration, do the following:

  1. Reenable the order export job in the Mainstreet cartridge in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
  2. Have the Tech Ops team schedule the order import task in Order Management.
  3. Reconfigure the integration settings in the Demandware provider in Order Management as follows:
    1. Disable the Integration Enabled setting.
    2. Configure the cartridge integration as described in the B2C Commerce Integration Setup and Configuration Topic. The configuration includes, but isn't limited to, the following settings:
      • Order Sync
      • Order Sync To
      • Tenant DNS
      • Account Manager DNS
      • System Enabled
      • System Connection String
      • System Connection String (Stage)
      • System Directory Map
      • Encryption Key
