This section describes the work queues that are monitored in Order Management to identify and manage issues that arise. Different queues apply to different job roles; for example, a warehouse manager in charge of Order batches might track the Warehouse Batch Queues on a daily basis. This section includes suggested management techniques for each queue; the specific actions appropriate for your business processes might vary.

Note: Frequently, when an Object in a queue is being investigated, the System Events for that Object record provide useful information for resolving any issues.

Queues are accessed in the Summary sections on the various dashboards in the Administration module and Fulfillment Center, or in the Quick Search drop-down list in most search forms. Note that some queues might not be available, depending on the configuration of your Order Management implementation. (for example, the Orders Waiting Filing Queue won't be visible unless Filing has been enabled for sales orders.)
