New sites require being marked as live after support has enabled the
option.
Note: Marking a site as Live is NOT reversible and the site can’t be changed back
to Preview status. For more information about disabling a live site, see
Disable a Site in Business Manager.

Select Administration > Sites > Manage
Sites.

Select Online in the Select the Site
Status dropdown.

Select Yes.

Confirm that you’ve followed the Commerce Cloud Go-Live checklist (see Open a Go
Live Ticket) and have previously opened a Support case by entering the case
number.

Click Apply.
