Set the Tax Class Attribute Value

You can set the attribute localizedTaxClassId attribute on the Business Manager Product Detail page or you can use the catalog Import and Export process.

Business Manager Product Detail Page

  1. In Business Manager Select, Merchant Tools > Products and Catalogs > Products.
  2. Search for you product.
  3. On the Product Detail page, click the Localized Tax Class ID dropdown and select an optoin.
    Note: The options depend on the Tax Classes established for your site.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. (Optional) You can also set the tax class attribute using the catalog Import and Export.
    Add the following lines to your xml file.

    <localized-tax-class-id xml:lang="x-default">standard</localized-tax-class-id>

    <localized-tax-class-id xml:lang="fr-FR">exempt</localized-tax-class-id>
