Reports and Dashboards Filters

You can use the Reports and Dashboards filter to modify the data set in each dashboard report.

The Filter settings include: Sites, Device Type, Customers, Customer Registration, Channels, and Locales.

Set the Dashboard Filters

You can set different filter combinations to review a select set of data.

The Reports and Dashboards default filter settings are blank. The default reports reflect realm-level data.

Note: Selecting all options in a filter category nullifies the settings for the filter category.

In Business Manager, navigate to Merchant tools > Analytics > Reports and Dashboards.
Click the Filter by dropdown.
Select any combination of the following:
- Device types
- Customer type
- Customer registration type
- Channels
- From the Locales dropdown, select a locale. Select other locales as needed.
Click Apply.
To remove filter settings, click Clear All.
